Judith and John died within a few short years of each other. Judith was living on March 2, 1712 when she relinquished her dower in land that John sold. She must have died before February 7, 1714 for she was not mentioned, when John sold land on that date. John, himself, died before Christmas of 1715. He made his will on November 25, 1715 and died less that two weeks later, for his will was recorded in court on December 5, 1715, in Henrico County... He made four of his sons; TARLETON, John, Robert and Jacob Woodson the executors....
